Hello everyone, I think I smoke too much. It doesn’t directly interfere with my life, and it doesn’t cause any major problems and I smoke really small amounts at the time, around 0.2g per day, I have a really low tolerance so I can stretch out nuggs for longer. But the problem is that I can’t stop. Addiction? I don’t feel any negatine physical or mental effects, but theres this craving. I really want to have a couple of sober days for Christmas and I’m afraid that I’ll give in to my cravings and smoke up. I don’t want to quit completely, but I really need a break for atleast a couple of days. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop cravings?
